Terms of Service

Somnera is a 6-week, self-guided CBT-I program: an initial ISI-based assessment, weekly lessons, nightly sleep logging, and periodic check-ins that track your sleep difficulty score over time. It's delivered through https://app.somnera.ai, which this marketing site links to.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Somnera. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@somnera.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

• The full 6-week program is a one-time payment of $79.99, billed when you start.
• Ongoing coaching after you finish the program is available for $19.99/month. This plan only becomes available once you've completed the one-time program — it is not offered at signup.
• The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; you'll keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• Prices are in USD and don't include applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

If you've engaged with the one-time program and it isn't a fit, contact support@somnera.ai within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly coaching charges are not retroactively refunded, but canceling stops all future charges.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with someone else or let them use your login
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying program logic or content
• Use Somnera for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the service or other users

Somnera, including its lessons, program logic, design, and branding, is owned by Somnera and protected by copyright and other laws. You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own sleep program — nothing here transfers ownership to you. Your own sleep logs and assessment answers remain yours; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that data.

Beyond the medical disclaimer above, Somnera is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the program will work for every user, that it'll be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific sleep outcome will result from using it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somnera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Somnera in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Somnera and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date above and notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
